AGM (21st September 2023)

UoA IEEE Student Branch held an AGM on 21st September 2023 at 405-422, 6pm.

22 student members + IEEE North Section ExCom members (K. C. Aw and Kevin Wang) attended the AGM.

Practice Interview (2nd August 2023)

7 interviewers from ABB, Flexware, Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, and Jacobs joined us, as well as 22 students participating from 6.00pm to 8.30pm. This was one of the best events so far this year, and we have received positive feedback from both interviewees and interviewers. The executive team has worked very hard to make the event happen. Job Skill Event (19th July 2023)

The UoA IEEE student branch ran the Job Skills event from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. The four amazing speakers from the industry shared valuable insights with fellow students about CV writing and interview preparation skills from them. Around 70 students attended the event, and the executive team did a brilliant job of planning and organizing it.

Field Trip (23rd June 2023)

On 23rd June 2023, A/P Kean Aw and 12 UoA IEEE student members visited Sky Tower transmission system. Kevin of JDA hosted the students. It was a very educational field trip.
